Webmail Preferences

As show in the image below, you should specify the following:

1. Language
2. Real Name - This is the name people see when they get an email from you.
3. From - this is where you determine your email address. If you have a catch all, you can pick anything you want. Otherwise you must select your assigned email address.
4. Reply-to - This should be left blank in most all cases
5. Style - This selects the color of your webmail console
6. Default Sort - This is the order in which your email messages will appear.
7. Message per page - If you have more than the specified number of message, you will have more than 1 page of email to move to and from.
8. Default Headers: Leave this at simple.
9. Signature - You should change the default signature to be specific to you. This will be placed at the bottom of every email you send. You may leave this blank.
